Location: PSS – Lisbon (Central), Portugal At Thales , you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center , supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day. French l anguage skills are required to support HR activities for our organization in Belgium. What you’ll be doing: Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics Support new joiners throughout their journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond) Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality Support international teams with onboarding, mobility and day-to-day HR processes Create HR letters, reports and documents that truly make people’s lives easier Get involved in HR projects and help continuously improve the way we work What you bring with you: A degree in HR, Management or a related area — or hands-on experience that proves your skills Fluency in French is mandatory for this position and will be used exclusively to support HR operations for Belgium.
