The role holder will ensure that all third-party activities deliver optimal customer, commercial, and compliance outcomes – balancing performance, customer treatment and risk management. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategy within the Fraud, Integrity and Risk Excellence Department, driving value through pricing optimisation, supplier relationship management, and robust oversight of contractual, regulatory and conduct standards.
