Job Description Summary The Sr Services Manager for Radiology & Cardiology Imaging Workflow Services provides leadership and subject‑matter expertise across the post‑sales customer lifecycle for enterprise imaging solutions. This role oversees a team of Clinical Workflow Specialists (CWS), Report Configuration Specialists (RCS), and Application Specialists who deliver workflow assessments, configuration, training, reporting builds, and go‑live support for radiology and cardiology departments. The manager drives customer success, adoption, and outcomes through effective delivery of digital implementation services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and operational excellence. The role impacts approaches, programs, and ways of working within the functional area and has moderate autonomy, guided by professional practices and policies. Strong operational judgment and leadership skills are required.
