Job description

We are looking for a talented Product Engineering Specialist to join our team, specialising in Engineering for our PSBU department in Daventry, United Kingdom.: In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Assess legacy and current system solutions, producing clear recommendations and technical documentation to support engine and generator set technical decisions. - Translate stakeholder needs into verifiable system requirements and track them throughout the complete product lifecycle. - Analyse the impact of requirement changes on scope, schedule and resources, ensuring informed decision-making. - Apply systems thinking to define system boundaries, interfaces and lifecycle considerations to support effective planning and delivery. - Investigate complex product issues, identify causal mechanisms and contribute to robust problem resolution. - Own and engage in the resolution of Failure Incident Review Group (FIRG) and Before In Service (BIS) driven product issues through structured problem-solving to enable high-quality engineering outcomes. - Utilise key technical tools and processes, including Engineering Solutions that Work (ESW), Functional Excellence Practice...
