POSITION SUMMARY: An Assistant Coach of Team USA is responsible for assisting the Head Coach across Team USA training camps, virtual athlete programming, and international events. This experienced individual will coach throughout the year approximately 160 to 180 hours out of the year. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports the growth and development of the Team USA program and its athletes . - Maintains clear and effective communication with Team USA coaches, athletes, and program staff . - Assists the Head Coach in developing individual athlete training and competition plans for all Team USA members with the goal of winning Gold medals at international events . - Travels w...
