This position typically starts at $15 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. This role puts you right at the heart of the hotel experience, where you get to welcome guests with energy and make their stay unforgettable. You’ll be the go‑to expert for local tips, smooth arrivals, effortless luggage help, and arranging everything from taxis to dinner reservations. Every day brings new interactions as you keep the lobby buzzing, the front drive looking sharp, and even help refresh the gift shop with new merchandise.
