About the job. We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, at National Highways, on an 16-month fixed term contract basis. As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a defined directorate(s) in the organisation and working with hiring teams to deliver successful recruitment campaigns. Delivering expertise in candidate attraction and selection is something we pride ourselves in, and working within this fast-paced role is all about building excellent relationships across the business with stakeholders, to support resourcing needs. But that’s not all, you’ll be joining a team of experienced and like-minded recruiters who strive to deliver exceptional customer service, deliver projects in a timely manner, and ensure we have the right people in the right roles at National Highways. The role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with a combination of office and remote working. You will be required to attend the Birmingham office at least 2 days per week. About you. About us.
