Job Summary: The Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for overseeing the fabrication of hydronic and steam systems at our Elon Fabrication Facility. This role emphasizes labor productivity, quality control, safety compliance, and effective crew leadership. The foreman coordinates closely with shop supervisors and field superintendent. Supervising a team of 2–6 pipefitters, and performs hands-on tasks including cutting, threading, welding, and pressure testing of various piping systems. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in interpreting job-specific drawings, managing pre-fab operations, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and project specifications. A minimum of 5 years of pipefitting and or welding experience needed. Competency with digital tools such as iPads and construction software are required.
