Overview JOB SUMMARY: The ServiceNow Platform Engineer is responsible for the architecture, scalability, reliability, and long-term health of the ServiceNow platform. Serving as a technical subject matter expert for the ServiceNow ecosystem, this role helps define how the platform is designed, governed, integrated, and evolved at scale. The Platform Engineer partners closely with business leaders to deliver standardized, secure, and highly automated enterprise workflows while producing measurable operational, financial, and risk-reduction outcomes. This position is critical to platform maturity, data integrity, audit readiness, and long-term sustainability.
