Production Supervisor Position Purpose/Mission: Lead employees and operations to ensure a quality product is produced and delivered to the customer in a timely and efficient manner. This role is responsible for establishing and executing strong day-to-day practices and plans that support a safe, efficient manufacturing operation. The Production Supervisor also plays a key role in developing, training, and mentoring employees to encourage growth and skill development, while motivating and engaging the team to achieve both employee and business objectives. This position actively supports and promotes company goals and culture. Schedule: Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotation Work 3 days → Off 2 → Work 2 → Off 3 Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend Location: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208 Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
