National Operations Specialist

The National Operations Specialist assists Regional Managers in directing the overall management and maintenance of apartment communities throughout the country in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This position may serve as a troubleshooter and/or fill in for management at a particular property. This is a traveling role that is provided weekly assignments that require 90% travel, sometimes including weekends. What You’ll Do: - Participate in the planning and implementation of the assigned community’s marketing plan - Assist with leasing responsibilities to maximize occupancy - Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the Peak Simply Service Standards - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company policies & procedures - Assist in conducting training for property staff on Company policies & procedures - Assist and complete Peak Leasing Experience with leasing staff - Interview candidates for onsite positions and participate in the recruitment of new hires by making recommendations to the Property Manager/Regional Manager - Assist in conducting training for part-time leasing consultants and property staff - Assist in scheduling and managing part-...
