Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees implementing the overall project plan for construction activities, delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost level. This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders. The PM will most likely be working on multiple projects for the commercial retail client.
