Job Description Overview: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager to lead the Airfield and Civils (Lot 2) framework within a live aviation environment. This role is suited to an individual with a strong civil engineering background and a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects, combined with the leadership capability to drive programme delivery and build a high-performing team. Sitting within the aviation team, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of airfield and civil engineering projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery within a highly regulated and operationally constrained environment. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for framework performance, client interface, team development, and long-term delivery strategy.
