Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding support to dealers and consumers through phone, email, and administrative assistance. This role requires accurate order entry, timely responses to inquiries, and efficient handling of day-to-day tasks that support overall business operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into company ERP - Review orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing, and required documentation - Answer incoming calls professionally and direct calls as needed - Respond promptly and courteously to customer emails - Provide product, order status, and service information to customers - Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Accounting to address customer needs - Maintain accurate customer records and account information - Scan, file, and organize documents electronically and physically - Assist with sp...
