Job description

The Beverage Service provides friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests and Team Members. The Beverage Server is responsible for serving guests in a timely manner and assuring quality guest experiences to create a favorable gaming experience. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing an excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role. Responsible for taking orders from patrons and return these orders in a timely manner Responsible to have knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations to include visible intoxication Knowledge of all bar equipment, and use of POS system Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication Ability to communicate with all departments and Team Members Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information Follow company and department policies and procedures Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures Perform other reasonable job dut...
