In this role, you will be leading a growing team of TA Partners supporting Collins Aerospace in the region. With no two days being the same and everyone needing to hire someone yesterday, this role demands you be target-driven and excel under pressure. Working in this role, you’ll be empowered to manage your team, your desk and drive creative recruiting strategies specific to the Collins Aerospace team and locations. There will be approximately 30% travel in the first year as you meet with the TA Partners and visit the sites for which your team is responsible for recruitment.
