Plant Manager - 26000608 Description Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Plant Manager Location: Hillside, IL: Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to join our team located in Hillside, IL. The Plant Manager will be responsible for running the daily operations and assisting in the areas of service, production, manufacturing and/or maintenance to ensure the required business objectives are met in a safe and environmentally compliant manner. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for supervising production employees and operational performance; meeting established quality, productivity and cost objectives while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs and leads training and compliance initiatives for the plant operations. Exempt, salaried positions require a consistent on site presence during the company’s core operating hours to support business operations and team needs. Due to the nature of exempt roles, work hours may extend beyond the standard schedule when necessary to meet organizational demands, leadership responsibilities, and business objectives.
