Department : Maintenance Reports to: Manager, Maintenance: Location: New Westminster, BC: Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for leading maintenance execution and driving equipment reliability within Manufacturing at ARC’One. This role is accountable for safety, quality of work, team performance, and the day-to-day delivery of maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment, tooling, and systems. You play a key role in translating maintenance strategies into operational execution by setting directions, prioritizing work, and ensuring resources are effectively aligned to support production needs. You are responsible for making decisions on maintenance priorities and work allocation, balancing reactive support with preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and minimize operational disruption.
