The UC RN conducts initial clinical assessment of patients presenting to Urgent Care, determines the relative urgency of care for each patient and provides quality nursing care as part of the Urgent Care team. Duties & Responsibilities: Triage patients on arrival to UC, assess acuity, and prioritize care appropriately.
