Your Impact You will define and enforce how IT services are designed, governed, and evolved , ensuring clarity, control, and consistency across the entire service landscape. What You Will Drive: Establish and govern the end-to-end IT service lifecycle Build a transparent, structured Service Portfolio and Catalogue Own and strengthen Change Management governance and risk control Introduce baseline Configuration Management governance to improve service integrity Ensure all services have clear ownership, definition, and lifecycle control Reduce complexity by rationalizing redundant or unclear services How You Will Make a Difference Create clarity on what services exist, how they are delivered, and who owns them Improve change success rates and reduce service disruption risk Enable better impact assessment and root cause analysis Bring discipline and structure to a previously fragmented service landscape What You Bring: Strong experience in IT Service Management and governance roles Deep expertise in Change Management and service lifecycle frameworks Practical knowledge of Configuration Management / CMDB governance Experience in multi-vendor, outsourced environments: Strong risk manage...
