Role Summary: Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration solutions, focusing Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBC (including OVOC), VoIP backbone, managed phones, and ATA devices. Ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of unified communications services.
