Compensation Range $33.97 - $44.17 Job Description Summary: The Workforce Programs Coordinator provides advanced administrative, technical, and compliance support to the Weld County Workforce Center and the Weld County Workforce Development Board (WCWDB). This position performs specialized duties that ensure effective Board operations, adherence to state and federal workforce requirements, and the consistent implementation of division-wide processes. Serving as the One-Stop Operator, the Coordinator fosters collaboration among partner agencies, supports strategic workforce initiatives, and represents Weld County in a highly professional manner during interactions with business leaders, community partners, and local elected officials. This role requires strong organizational judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex responsibilities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
