Department: 60945 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Lab: Phlebotomy Services O/P Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 0800-1630 Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Shift Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday 0800-1630 - Department: Phlebotomy Services - Location: Winston Salem campus - High school graduate or equivalent. - Two-years of age-appropriate phlebotomy experience preferred. - CPR Certification. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: - ASCP, AMT, ASPT or equivalent certification from an accredited Phlebotomy training program that includes successful completion of a certification exam with passing scores.
