Package Liaison – Glendale/Denver, CO (Part Time) Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11-7: Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Denver/Glendale area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Denver/Glendale area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties. What You’ll Do: Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit Organize packages within our rooms, to make it easier for residents to find their packages Identify aging/stale packages in the system and prepare them to be returned to sender Serve as a primary liaison between the property, carriers, residents and the package management provider support team Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system This is a part-time role (15-2...
