Job Details ChristianaCare is currently seeking seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Specialist APC to join our team. This role can be filled by a candidate with experience in Geriatrics/FNP, Psychiatry, or Neurology with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients with memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, treating, and managing cognitive impairments and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Candidates with specialty/fellowship training are encouraged to apply. **This position will support the Smyrna and Rehoboth, DE locations.
