We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to maximise the value of our data by resolving underlying gaps and strengthening data integrity. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst capable of combining analytical rigour with practical problem‑solving. In this role, you will help enhance the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of Chaucer’s data by identifying issues, designing fit‑for‑purpose solutions, and collaborating closely with business teams, data stewards, and engineering stakeholders. This role suits someone who is curious, structured, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to diagnose root causes, analyse data behavior, and translate findings into meaningful improvements.
