Job Description Summary Job Description: Responsibilities: - Inspection of product utilizing CMM Technology and other inspection methods to customer requirements ensuring completion of all required documentation customer standards. - Calibration of CMM probes as required for each product to be inspected - Ability to read and understand CMM inspection reports, manual inspection results with reference to the relevant customer supplied drawings / models and communicate outcomes and issues with Quality, Engineering and Operations - Utilization of other inspection methods to verify any feature where CMM has inspection limitations. - Communicate with applicable GE personnel on the inspection status of products as required. - Ability to operate all CMM’s and profilometers within the facility - Supporting quality team with calibration activity requiring CMM inspection. - Actively participate in companywide quality / business improvements activities & lean practices - Uphold and practice the company’s values, policies, practices and rules at all times - Continue to personally progress and add value within the GE’s continuous improvement ethos. - Implement the company’s Health & Safety Polic...
