Job Title: Supervisor, Manufacturing Machine Shop Job Description: Supervisor, Manufacturing Machine Shop The Role: Entegris is currently seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Machine Shop to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This position will be at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. The Supervisor, Manufacturing Machine Shop position is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in machining and producing parts. This role involves ensuring production efficiency, overseeing quality control, and implementing safety protocols. The supervisor will also be tasked with training and guiding machine operators and technicians. Key responsibilities include scheduling workloads, maintaining equipment, training operators, enforcing safety (PPE), and optimizing production processes (LEAN). What You’ll Do: - Champions safety programs, processes, procedures and tools.
