Job Type: Full-time Job Title: Billing Clerk 3rd Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Occasionally Saturdays and Overtime: Process inbound and outbound paperwork for product received and shipped to customers, suppliers and outside warehouse locations. Plan and expedite loads for on time deliveries. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create Load Plans, maximize trailer utilization - Schedule Appointments – Customer Shipments - Communicate department-to-department on Inbound/Outbound for all departments - Billing – confirm Load Plan to Closed Trailer Report and print BOL - Update BOL - Hand written BOL – (Bale Trailers/Tooling) - Bale Trailers – schedule pick up and/or delivery - Receive - Material/Sheets/Farm Outs/Tooling in HRMS - Filing (Factor Ticket Masters, BOL) - Attached DOT paperwork with fuel receipts - Daily Shipping Log (print, verify and distribute) - Distribute daily paperwork to departments at end of day (BOL, Receivers) - Communicate with Pratt Logistics on inbound/outbound requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or GED - Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment - Computer (MS Excel and MS Word) - Preferred can...
