Classification Title: Career Coach Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Job Description: - Serves as a career coach by delivering individual and group career planning services to UF students within a specific career cluster. Supports career clusters by facilitating individual career planning appointments, drop-in services, and small group coaching to UF undergraduate and graduate students based on industry-specific knowledge. - Facilitates customized career education workshops, for-credit course material, and large group programs to UF undergraduate and graduate students for career cluster. Implements elements of the Career Action Plan and career development theory to all workshops and programs. Provides direct service or coaching through center-wide series and cohort programs focused on the professionalization of students.
