Job description

The Project Controller at NOV APL , part of NOV’s Energy Equipment segment, is responsible for financial governance and performance management of large, complex offshore oil & gas projects. Based at the APL headquarters in Arendal and reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role acts as a key financial partner to project management and senior leadership, ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and profitability throughout the full project lifecycle. This position requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to manage complexity, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, operations, and executive management. This is a temporary position with a duration of 12–18 months, offering the opportunity to contribute to major international energy projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
