WSP is initiating a search for a Transit Planner to support our South Florida Transportation Team! This position can sit out of our Miami or Sunrise, FL offices. Summary: WSP USA is looking for a transit-focused planning professional to be based in South Florida who has strong technical skills in data-driven analysis, multimodal network planning, and transportation systems. This person will play a key role in supporting transit-centric projects, incorporating regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality, forward-thinking transit solutions to enhance Miami-Dade, Broward County and Palm Beach County's transit network and initiatives. Candidates will be working on tasks for transit projects and studies including data collection, research, and documentation contributing to the development of statewide, regional, and corridor plans, transit plans and studies, multi-modal feasibility studies, rail studies, BRT studies, and other analyses. Candidates should have strong written and presentation communication skills and experience with public meetings.
