Overview The Apprentice Nursing Student works under a supervising licensed nurse serving in the role of mentor. The responsibilities of the Apprentice Nursing Student include providing direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The Apprentice Nursing Student must exhibit the ability to work with people form diverse socio-economic backgrounds; to organize, set priorities and manage multiple priorities, and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Qualifications: Education required: High School diploma/GED.
