Overview Waters Materials Science Division (TA Instruments) is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Events Manager to join our Americas Commercial Marketing team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll take the lead on planning, coordinating, and executing tradeshows, seminars, and customer-focused events that bring our brand and technology to life. We’re looking for someone who loves creating exceptional event experiences – someone who is collaborative, highly organized, and naturally proactive. If you enjoy solving problems on the fly, managing timelines and budgets with confidence, and working closely with vendors and internal teams to make every detail count, you’ll thrive here. Responsibilities: - Own the full lifecycle of planning tradeshows, seminars, and regional events, overseeing concept development, scheduling, strategy, execution, and post-event evaluation. - Partner with Marketing teams, Product Management, and Sales to define event objectives, KPIs, target audiences, key messaging, booth experience, and pre-/during-/post-show marketing plans and follow up activities. - Ensure all event elements, marketing materials, and content comply with Waters’ brand standards and...
