Job Description: - Excellent benefits including salary packaging - Fitzroy location - Friendly and supportive team environment - Permanent / Part Time position About the Role: To create a welcoming space, build relationships, and provide personal care to clients Create a welcoming space and build relationships with clients Provide personal care such as diabetes, wound and continence monitoring, medication and activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance Deliver simple meals and nutritional support Complete housekeeping and cleaning tasks, and maintain infection control standards Perform administrative tasks such as answering the phone, emails, and liaising with internal and external networks Complete documentation and clinical handover each shift Ensure relevant training requirements are kept up to date Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings Classification for this position is IN39 (Health Care Worker Grade 3) ($33 per hour).
