Job description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician II to support building operations at our pharmacy fulfillment center in Florence, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repair requests Monitor and troubleshoot building automation systems Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized system Coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed Perform basic building repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting) Support internal service requests from site operations teams Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines Assist with training and mentoring team members Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Universal CFC certification required: 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Ability to read and understand technical docum...
