Location: Kahului, Hawaiʻi Department: Energy Reports to: Chief Estimator Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annual base salary The Opportunity: Alpha Inc. is looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator who knows that winning work starts long before bid day. This is not a “push paper and chase signatures” role. This is the command center for disciplined pursuit execution — the person who keeps deadlines tight, documents clean, subcontractors moving, estimators supported, and every submission buttoned up before it leaves the building. You’ll sit at the intersection of estimating, operations, leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, agencies, and clients — turning messy bid requirements into clear action, scattered information into organized pursuit strategy, and last-minute pressure into calm, controlled execution.
