Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Bar Back is responsible for delivering genuine hospitality to our guests. This position is critical to our guest's overall experience as the Bar Back must ensure the guest as a memorable experience throughout their dining and is made to feel like an honored guest at our bar. As a Bar Back, it is your responsibility to keep the bar stocked with fresh ingredients, plateware, glassware, and all materials necessary to provide great service to our guests.
