What You Will Do in This Role - As a Customer Support Agent, you will: - Be the direct voice of our company the essential link between the company and our customers. - Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. - Address inquiries from merchants regarding our products and services, offering comprehensive support. - Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and solutions. - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. - Work as part of an international and multilingual team, promoting service improvements across the board.
