| Full Time | Pay: $18.00 Hourly | Schedule: Thursday-Monday 10:30pm-7:00am (Off Tuesday & Wednesday) | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will be responsible for general maintenance, entry-level preventative maintenance, and minor repairs necessary to maintain the facilities. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or the Maintenance Manager on duty. Primary Tasks: - You will perform general preventative maintenance on the property. - Perform general carpentry work; frame walls, hang drywall, build shelves, lay carpet, paint, etc. - Perform locksmith tasks: repair locks, door handles, and door closures; install new door equipment. - Respond to all building-related safety concerns related to maintenance. - You will maintain cleanliness of facilities inside and outside: sweep, pick up trash and wash daily. - Assemble, move, or arrange furniture, office equipment, or other items as directed and help with event setup when assigned. - Follow safety protocol and notify the supervisor immediately of any problem, crisis, and/or emergency situation. - Perform other duties as assigned.
