We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head Chef to lead the kitchen in one of Green & Fortune’s flagship venues on London’s Southbank. Note this is a Monday to Friday role. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving culinary performance across restaurant dining, corporate hospitality, and events. Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to lead a talented kitchen team within a well-established hospitality business known for its strong food ethos and premium event delivery. About the role.
