Job Description Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated. - Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation. - Maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards & basic culinary techniques. - Display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. - Keep station clean and organized - Manage workload as it relates to you and the schedule. - Communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages. - Display ability to read and execute core recipes - Follows company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. - Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. - Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits. - Acquire and maintain a Tennessee food handler permit within 14 days of on-boarding. - Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays. - Ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions Work Environment: Must be at least 21 years of age.
