The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Our Assistant Directors are: Dedicated! Help achieve profitability for the company. - Accountable! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. - Responsible! Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents. - Creative! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day. - Positive! Job Requirements: Compensation ($22-$24/hourly) based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
