RN - Stroke/ Telemetry - Full Time - Dayshift 72 hrs. biweekly - 630am - 7pm Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus! Our team on 5 South is currently hiring for nurses who are looking to work in a fast- paced, patient- centered environment! 5 South is a 28-bed General Medical, Telemetry, and Stroke unit that provides specialized care for a variety of patients, while working collaboratively with our dedicated team of nursing assistants and physicians. Nurses on 5 South play an essential role in providing high-quality care in a unit that handles everything from stroke management to medication administration, blood transfusions, and more.
