Are you a friendly and service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Do you excel at multitasking and problem solving? We’d like to welcome a Call Center Representative (Member Contact Center Representative I) responsible for servicing our members’ needs by providing friendly, prompt, and efficient service to our Member-owners over the phone or online. REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Note: LBS Financial is normally open for business Monday – Saturday. Your individual department needs may vary and you will be provided a specific work schedule based on business needs. In order to accommodate the needs of our Membership, it may be necessary to adjust individual work schedules to meet the needs of the department and our Membership. - Provide support and information to the Credit Union’s current and potential members. - Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with a smile in your voice. - Accurately perform transactions, provide information, and conduct account maintenance and research, while providing the highest level of service. - Maintain a friendly and positive composure in all levels of communications. - Respond to callers regardi...
