Primary Care and Specialty Services Nurse - RN II 2600039G Description The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, under the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse II to deliver high-quality care in our Ambulatory Care Center. In this leadership role, you'll assess, coordinate, and provide both primary and specialized nursing services, while supervising LPNs, NAs, and support staff. Responsibilities include performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and upholding nursing standards in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30PM, Weekends Off: Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): Deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, psychological, and spiritual—to inform care planning. Develop and implement individualized care plans and nursing interventions.
