Job description

TSC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II in Huntsville, AL Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vibration and thermal environmental tests on hardware and electronics assemblies in accordance with program requirements and/or written test procedures. - Properly handle and process electronic assemblies using established ESD control practices and procedures to prevent foreign object debris/damage (FOD). - Set up, operate, and maintain specialized vibration and thermal test equipment, following detailed work instructions and calibration standards. - Accurately record, monitor, and review test data and logs to ensure traceability and compliance. - Support production and quality assurance processes by ensuring all testing procedures are executed correctly and results are thoroughly documented. - Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain high quality standards. - Interpret and work from complex wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications, and process documentation. - Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
