You’ll ensure loans are set up accurately, compliance standards are met, and members and internal teams receive timely, professional support. What You'll Do: Support Members & Staff: Respond to internal, member, and vendor requests with professionalism and care—resolving issues related to loan documentation, disbursement, and file maintenance. Loan Setup & Servicing: Set up new consumer loans, process disbursements, prepare payoff statements, conduct loan research, and manage paid loans.
