Job description
This position supports the human resources responsibilities and activities of the facility. They undertake various HR functions including recruitment processes, performance management, policy application, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development. Human Resources Generalists also support leaders in making people-related decisions and are involved in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They also serve as a main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. Additional Information: Monday - Friday 5% Travel This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
