Title : Workday Configuration Consultant We are looking for an experienced Workday Configuration Consultant to support a major ADP to Workday data migration and ongoing Workday enhancements. This role requires strong hands-on experience with EIBs and Workday configuration across multiple modules. Key Skills: Workday HCM & Configuration Strong expertise in EIBs (creation & loading) Data Migration (ADP to Workday): Workday Modules: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Compensation Workday Object Transporter & Kainos (Preferred) Responsibilities: Lead EIB development and data migration activities Configure and enhance Workday business processes Support integrations and testing (functional & regression) Collaborate with HR Tech teams for scalable solutions Requirements: 6+ years of Workday configuration experience Strong communication & multi-tasking skills: Experience handling sensitive HR data
